Update: on muscle soreness
Yup, my trainer was right: I’m still sore after this week’s workouts, but not nearly so much as last week. I have way more energy when I finish my training sessions, and far less residual soreness (even when I did burpees for the first time). After just two weeks, I can see that I’m already getting stronger….
