I’ve been reading a lot about meditation lately. Ever since I tried yoga a few months ago, I’ve been interested in reconnecting with the peace that I felt at the end of each session. Since there’s no yoga class in my area at the moment that works with my schedule, I’ve decided to try a simple meditation each day to see if it will work for me. I’ve been using a meditation from a Youtube channel that I love called Yoga with Adriene. It’s short enough that I don’t get bored, but long enough to get a chance to take a few breaths, relax, and clear my mind. Here’s a link to the video if you’re interested in checking it out.
